Following are the diet guidelines:
1. Carbs – consumption of starchy carbs must be avoided. This is because they add up fat and thus disturb the digestion. Some of the examples for starchy carbs are bread, pasta etc. But however we must include proper amount of starchy carbs in our diet as they are great source of energy. And this would help us during our vigorous work out.
2. Intake of 4-6 meals a day – Usually we intake 3 meals per day but while doing work out for six pack we need to take 4 to 6 meals in a day .This would help you in burning the calories and also keeps your metabolism going. Also make sure that you consume sufficient amount of protein rich food too.
